I think you just get confused with second term. Let me try to explain futher:
Currently as you can see InvestDad.com monitor has some HYIPs/SURFs be listed for monitoring purpose. These sites' Admins actually pay us a small amounts of money daily basic until plan period over or that HYIP turns to scam. So as long as it is paying we will spend 100% of profit (not including capital fund because we need to reinvest) to pay you if you join under our referral links.
I am planning to proceed with weekly payments to my referrals. List of available HYIPs to join will be posted here. When you join under us you will get:
