Both E-gold a/c's blocked

Hello All,

Yesterday, my very old e-gold account has been blocked by e-gold, then today, I opened a new e-gold to spend and to get payouts but now both accounts are blocked :(

I just contacted E-gold.com via Phone support and they said this type of issue can be resolved by E-mail only. So I am waiting for there email now.

Program's Admin, I am sorry about this as I can not control this situation right now. I have no choice besides wait of there email reply.
